Computer issues? No problem. No need to bring the whole thing somewhere to sit for days for an issue that could possibly have been resolved in a couple of hours. We can come to you and get you working again the same day most of the time.

Included:

• On-site troubleshooting and diagnosis
• Repair of root cause if time permits
• PC clean up and optimization
  
• Recommendations on improving performance of your computer and network

1 hour will usually provide enough time to diagnose an issue. If the issue is resolvable in that time I will fix it for no additional cost. Any repair time that goes over the scheduled hour will be an hourly rate of $80. If you would prefer to attempt any time consuming repairs yourself, guidance on exactly what is needed will be provided at no additional cost.
