No internet? Slow internet? Wi-Fi down? We can come to you and get you back online the same day. We will also evaluate your network and make recommendations for the future at no additional cost.

Included:

• On-site troubleshooting and diagnosis
• Restoration of network and internet connectivity
• Site survey of network hardware and configurations
• Recommendations on improving network performance and reliability

1 hour usually provides enough time to diagnose and repair an issue. If the issue is resolvable in that time, it will be fixed. Any repair time that goes over the scheduled hour will be an hourly rate of $80. If you would prefer to attempt any time consuming repairs yourself, guidance on exactly what is needed will be provided at no additional cost
